Associate - Mark Davies

With well over 3 decades of surveying experience in the private and public sectors, Mark Davies has taken on a number of senior roles and worked across a wide variety of commercial, education, leisure, retail and residential schemes, ranging from multi-million pound developments to smaller maintenance projects.

Mark has built up a vast expertise through is work with borough councils, construction and property consultancies and a housing association. His experience includes everything from residential homes to leisure centres and libraries, to museums, parks, halls, cemeteries/crematoria and even public toilets.

Mark is experienced in pre-acquisition surveys, stock condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes, schedules of condition, defect analysis reports, dilapidation reports and party wall surveys. Mark is based in the West Midlands, but his expertise has taken him to fascinating projects across England and Wales, including refurbishment of the Imperial War Museum in London and building surveys of children’s centres in Suffolk.
