Commercial building surveyor job opportunity: Hertfordshire / Essex

We are looking for someone based in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or Essex areas to support us with providing high-quality commercial surveying services to our clients in that region. You will be carrying out a broad variety of commercial surveying work across a wide range of sectors. This will include commercial building surveys, contract administration, dilapidations and PPM surveys. The role is home- rather than office-based and the survey patch will be tailored to the candidate’s home location.

We have a fantastic multi-disciplined team of building surveyors and structural engineers spread across the country. The successful applicant will benefit from the diverse range of expertise within the team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality survey services. We offer the option to work closely with clients and get involved with sourcing new business, with potential for involvement in general practice survyeing, expert witness, structural engineering and residential work.

Ensuring everyone has an excellent work–life balance is critical to our way of working. Our in-house admin team take on a lot of the report preparation and admin tasks, reducing desk time for our surveyors and making sure they can focus on what they do best: surveying.
