Gary is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of the Chartered Surveyors and an extremely experienced Expert Witness and Commercial Valuations Surveyor. Having qualified as a professional associate of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers in 1990, and becoming a Fellow 1996, Gary’s expertise is vast.
Gary has attended courts across the country, acting as Expert Witness for a broad range of clients. His valuations work includes lease advice and rent reivew, SIPP valuations, pre-purchase and asset valuations and matrimonal and probate expert reports.
In addition, Gary has served as the Chairman of the RICS East Midlands Regional Board for several years, and as the Chair of the Scunthorpe & Grimsby RICS Local Association. National Chairman of the ISVA Young Valuers and Auctioneers division.
