Thomas is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer, with expertise in construction disputes, boundary disputes, and commercial and residential Red Book valuations. 

With extensive experience in preparing expert witness statements and dealing with building disputes, Tom is adept at compiling reports that are compliant with CPR 35, and attends court hearings when required.
