Associate - Chris Dunstan

Chris is an Associate member of the RICS, with over 20 years experience in commercial, local authority and residential property.

Chris spent the early part of his career in private practice, undertaking defect diagnosis, specification and design works in the local authority, housing association and education sectors. Chris has extensive experience in the specification, design and project management of refurbishment and extension projects; this has given him a keen understanding of building pathology.

More recently, Chris worked as Business Manager for a national surveying firm, undertaking residential surveys on behalf of private and commercial clients. Here, he was responsible for the commissioning and delivery of home inspection products for the South of the country, as well as the development of new products and legislative compliance.
