- Our client was scheduled to start ground investigation works and construction.
- Before works began, they required pre-condition surveys of all properties within a buffer zone around the works.
- Our surveyors were tasked to provide comprehensive schedule of condition reports, detailing the precise condition of the properties at the time of the survey, with photographic evidence throughout.
- In addition to residential property, commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings, the scope included fence lines, boundaries, roadways and kerb alignments.
- Many of the buildings were extensive; drones were used to inspect high-level and otherwise inaccessible areas.

- Steel portal frame agricultural units
- Portocabins
- Open-sided storage units
- Barn conversions
- Purpose-built office accomodation
- Large detached residential dwellings
- Semi-detached houses and cottages.
- We also surveyed substations and pylon bases.
- Each element of each building was photographed and described in the schedule of condition reports.
- Kerbs, fences and boundaries within the buffer zone were also included.
- These were recorded at 5 metre intervals, with additional photographs and descriptions of defects such as potholes.
