Muminul is based in our Midlands team, where he specialises in dilapidations, condition surveys with PPM, and contract administration. As both a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Architectural Technologist, he has a combined expertise that allows him to deliver a design-led approach across all stages of the construction lifecycle.

Muminal has experience across a variety of sectors, surveying a broad range of properties including offices, warehouses, schools, social housing and local authority property. He has worked for both tenants and landlords on schedules of dilapidations, saving clients considerable sums.
