Associate Partner - Mark Gazzard

Mark is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in building consultancy in respect of commercial, industrial, educational and retail properties within Bristol and the South-West.

His previous roles have included assisting schools, universities, local authorities, housing associations and private clients manage, maintain and improve their built assets. He has benefitted from exposure to a diverse range of clients across a variety of projects throughout his surveying career.

Condition surveys are one of his core skills, alongside contract administration, works specification, and refurbishment projects. He also provides schedules of condition and dilapidations reports for a broad range of clients.
