Matthew is a Chartered Building Surveyor with a wide variety of experience, which has been in both Private Practice and Public Authority, developing significant experience in all aspects of commercial and residential property with the addition of property management of historic buildings early on in his career.
Matthew has a broad level of experience encompassing Project Management, acquisition and general due diligence works relating to a wide variety of building types.
Matthews work load consists predominantly of dilapidations claims for both Landlord and Tenant and Contract Administration projects ranging from minor redecoration schemes to substantial refurbishment works for blue chip clients.
