Associate - Paul Cunniff

Paul has over 30 years of experience in building surveying, predominantly in North and West Yorkshire. Paul’s expertise includes dilapidations, disrepair claims, contract management and overseeing planned maintenance programmes.

Paul is passionate about historic buildings and has extensive experience in undertaking historic building surveys. Working on the South Transept roof of the York Minster was a particular highlight!
