Sim Biring MRICS has joined Allcott Commercial from the Valuation Office (VO), expanding our capability into Non-Domestic Rating (NDR).
Business rates can be substantial; many owners and managers require support and advice with understanding their liability, reviewing their current rates and understanding if a challenge or appeal would be appropriate.
Having worked on both sides of the rating system, with several years of prior experience gained in both the private sector and the VO, Sim is expertly placed to provide comprehensive insight and advice to our clients. Her thorough understanding of the complex legislation surrounding the rating system is invaluable in providing accurate and effective support.
