Our client asked us to assess and report on the condition of a large blocks of residential flats in the north of England. In all we inspected over 120 flats and our reports highlighted each property’s condition. This instruction formed part of an overall feasibility study for the redevelopment of the buildings and the repair works highlighted in our reports were prioritised to enable our client to finalise the overall budget for the project.
Within two weeks of instruction we had inspected and issued reports on all of the properties.
