Nick Kelly is a Fellow of the RICS, RICS Certified Historic Building Professional, Member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists, and Member of the Institute for Historic Building Conservation.
With 30 years experience across the commercial & charitable sectors, the latter 12 specialising in the historic environment, Nick’s heritage work has included working with the National Trust, Landmark Trust, English Heritage and a large Historic private estate, delivering £14.9M of schemes across the conservation sector.
Balancing the sensitive and often conflicting conservation, commercial and operational needs, within quality, budget, programme, safety & service targets, projects have included the project management, design & delivery of works to Listed Buildings and Scheduled Monuments within Conservation Areas, Registered Parks & Gardens, AONB’s & World Heritage Sites.
