Our surveyors are all members of the RICS, and as a regulated firm all our work is done to RICS standards. Our surveyors are knowledgeable on how the age and construction type of a house will affect the issues present, and the repairs and maintenance required.

Likewise, our administration team are highly experienced in liaising with residents to ensure smooth access, and provide flexibility when access arrangements need to change at short notice.

As well as reporting on the condition of each building element, we support our clients with forecasting and budgeting by categorising defects according to urgency. When surveying large series of housing, we develop pro formas to ensure that reporting is consistent across the portfolio. We also hold regular team reviews to ensure a uniform surveying approach and straightforward reports that meet our clients’ needs.

We can also provide planned preventative maintenance schedules and lifecycles, helping clients spread costs over a period of time by advising on the consequences of delaying works. Dashboards and macros allow our clients to easily filter the data and find what they need at the touch of a button.
