Allcott Commercial Building Surveying have many years of experience working on Decent Homes schemes and LA housing regeneration schemes. Working closely with Nottingham Trent University on their ambitious plans to regenerate and update its estate, our dedicated relocations manager was responsible for the implementation of all student and staff relocations within the University Estate. This included management and control of external relocation and storage consultants to ensure risk and problem free, large scale churn relocations.
Our in house team are able to produce detailed CAD drawings, schedules, budget forecasts and strategies to help mobilise occupants while refurbishments and relocation are commenced.
