Chartered Surveyor of the Year: Shortlist Announcement

Allcott Commercial has been shortlisted in the LIS Awards category “Chartered Surveyor of the Year 2024”

It’s fantastic to know the Landlord Investment Show Awards has recognised Allcott Commercial for our work in the field of surveying.

This recognition is so important to our teams, and acknowledges all the hard work they put in to offer our clients expert technical insight and property advice.

Our growth over the past year has allowed us to provide a multi-disciplinary offering; This has benefitted both our clients and surveyors alike. Synergies between the teams mean that clients who come to us for building surveying then go on to use us for rent review or commercial valuation, and vice versa – this avoids the need to juggle working with multiple firms and means that our surveyors get to know their clients’ processes and requirements inside out, providing a truly bespoke service. Similarly, our surveyors have benefitted professionally from learning from other surveying disciplines, expanding their knowledge and expertise beyond their day-to-day experience.

Our commercial team supports individual and corporate commercial landlords with schedules of dilapidations, stock condition surveys, structural inspections, and planned preventative maintenance schedules. Our general practice surveyors provide property valuations and dispute resolution, for both individual premises and portfolios. And of course, our residential surveyors support private residential landlords with property purchases and defect inspections through our sister company, Allcott Associates.

Of course, our structural engineers do a lot of landlord work too – we’ll save those details for another business awards!
