The piece celebrates the company’s recognition as ‘Best Commercial Surveying Practice 2022 – England & Wales’; an award that we were honoured to be nominated for.
While we are an established firm with a heritage of over 2 decades, the past year has been particularly special for the commercial team, with significant growth and expansion meaning that we can now offer a broader range of services to a greater number of clients. We now have 14 offices all over the country, from Bristol in the West, to Cambridge in the East, up to Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds in the North, Cardiff in Wales and, of course, London, so our surveyors have most areas covered.
We are also really proud of our personal, tailored approach to each job we work on, whether it is a large multi-million pound project or a small, one-off survey. Our team is all in-house and all of our surveyors have several years of post-qualification experience. This allows us to provide our clients with in-depth technical insight that can be difficult to find elsewhere, and we believe it is one of the reasons that Allcott Commercial was recognised in the 2022 awards.
