Recent highlights include schedules of condition ranging from a large Victorian warehouse to modern commercial units, pre-acquisition surveys for clients looking to understand the condition of retail properties they are leasing and purchasing, and dilapidations schedules at a central shopping centre and a large multi-storey office building in the middle of Liverpool.
Our structural engineers have been busy too, with specific defect inspections and structural appraisals across the region. We also have ongoing contract administration works, including large scale roof works to a listed city centre building.
